Group/ Company Picnics

The Birthday Party Package is for 8 guests and is $260. Package includes eight tickets, one large pizza, eight bottled drinks, our party area reserved for one hour, and a free Dippin’ Dots card for the birthday guest.

• Limited to three party reservation times per day. Must select a party time at time of reservation.
• $25 non-refundable deposit required at the time of reservation.
• Refrigerator space available upon request for personal cakes- free of charge.

Groups 15-50 can receive $5.00 off per person when one person pays for the group at the park.

Each year Venture River Water Park is chosen as the site for hundreds of company picnics and outings. Groups range in size from 15-2,000! Our professional management team and staff work with some of the largest companies in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Illinois.

• Our shelters seat up to 250 people and must be reserved in advance.
• School and Church Groups may use shelters free of charge Sunday- Friday, when available.
• There is a charge of $300.00 to reserve a full shelter (must be reserved in advance).
• Group pricing requires advance reservation for at least 15 people.
• Groups must pay a base $150 fee to use shelters- this is for a shared half shelter space. For groups of 100 or more people shelter fees depend on group contract (contact Group Sales Coordinator).
• Small groups may be required share a shelter with other groups.
• Full group payment must be made by one person on the day of arrival. 
• Any tax exempt group must provide a Kentucky State tax exempt form, at the time of ticket purchase.

When it comes to summertime fun, schedule your group picnic at Venture River Water Park. We have 4 covered shelters that seat around 200 each. Planning your picnic has never been easier. Venture River works with local caterers, with a variety of menu options, to help meet your company needs. Our group sales coordinator will meet with your picnic committee at your company location, or you may prefer to make an appointment for a visit to the park.

NEW Private Event Room- This private indoor space is fully air conditioned, with a refrigerator and microwave, and seats up to 20 people.  Located near our main entrance and the Waloopas attraction, this area is easily accessible and good for large family groups. Booking is available online or over the phone and must be reserved with a credit card.

Rental is for a full day at $280 Sunday- Friday and $300 on Saturday. Check in is at Customer Service any time after opening and the group must be checked out by park closing. There is no additional time alloted for after hours, due to cleaning.

As this is an indoor space, the event room is expected to be left in a state of moderate cleanliness. Failure to leave the property in it’s original condition will result in an additional charge of up to $60, and/ or billing for any damages for the full amount of repair.
